My name is Sam and I am the owner of The Sage Farm!
The Sage Farm actually started in 2014 as Ranunculus Blooms. I was doing a few weddings and one bride asked if I had an Instagram that she could look at. I did not. So I panic started Ranunculus Blooms to showcase my work for potential clients.
I was never fully sold on the name, but it was already in existence. Shortly after, it went on the back burner while I went to college. Over the next few years, I had a handful of close friends and family ask me to do the florals for their wedding and I realized it was still a love of mine. So two years into my Graphic Design degree, I switched everything to pursue a Bachelors’ in Horticulture! In 2019 I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Horticulture with an emphasis in Floral Design. I spent some time working in an every day floral shop, but always wanted to get my own thing up and going. So I pushed myself, quit my job, turned down other offers, and all of a sudden The Sage Farm was born! We’re still small over here too! I do all of my work out of my home and with the help of family and freelancers.
That’s right, most of my events are completely done by me! I am proud of my little home-based floral business and I am so glad you stopped by my site!
